I can click the link to change home page, but I can't see any controls - just the description of them.
I tried using both Firefox (NoScript set to allow everything from this page) and IETab. I also tried IE, and I could see the control, but when I selected to add text, I got a "Session expired" dialog. Also, in IE, when I changed the web page, the only controls shown were logout and go to page (no way to add, etc. on the new page). It would help to check browser settings and give warnings or instructions what to enable if things aren't enabled that need to be. Thanks.

If you can't see the control on the page, it means you've been logged out. (There seems to be a problem with the link check if the page has been edited.) Try hitting the back button on the browser or just log in again. Session expired will show up if you log in to two browsers at once and try to switch between them.

The missing buttons in the control mean you are on another user's page that you cannot change. This is part of the permissions settings that can be changed for each page.
